Refund policy

Please be aware our returns policy is different for instore and online purchases.

The below relates to our online policy only.

To return your items for a full refund you must let us know within 7 days of receiving your items. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us. 

Our sale /outlet items are non-refundable and would be legible for an online credit only.  Please bare this in mind before purchasing.  Full price items purchased at the same time, will be subject to our normal online returns policy.

All items must:

  • Be unwashed
  • Have all labels attached
  • Be unused / not worn
  • Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
  • Not be smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc.
  • Be tried on indoors i.e., shoes

 How to return an item

  1. Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your original order.
  2. Pack up your parcel - making sure to include your form!
  3. Return to us at the following address, please make sure your parcel is tracked
  4. As soon as your parcel arrives with us, we will e-mail you.

Cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an online order, you would need to email us at info@styledbymacs.co.uk within 2 hours of placing the order.  It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been fulfilled; once fulfilled your order will be subject to the appropriate online policy.

Faulty Items

 In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us at info@styledbymacs.co.uk with a picture of the fault and a description, so we can quickly resolve it.  You must have your receipt and it must be within 6 months.

 Terms of Refund / Exchange

Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in good condition and with all tags still attached. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy, they will not be accepted for a refund

If you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to not refund you and as such these items may be returned to you.

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons -this applies to Jewellery and may not be indicated in the product description.

We do not offer free returns, nor will we refund the original shipping cost. All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost. 

Please make sure all returns are sent tracked and have the returns form inside.  If you have lost this form, it’s ok please include a note with your order number, name and email address.
